Period of Rehabilitation

  • PRIMARY REHABILITATION. This lasts for a minimum of six (6) months, depending mainly on the progress and performance of the patient. During this period, the patient is confined in the Center. After one (1) month a counseling with staff is required before availing the weekly visitation privileges and telephone privileges dependents upon the Center Staff discretion.

· AFTERCARE AND FOLOW UP. This is highly suggested by the Dangerous Drugs Board under the section 81(h, Article IX of RA 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 22 in relation to Section 56 thereof, and in consultation and coordination with the Department of Health DOH, Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and other agencies in drug control, treatment and rehabilitation. This program is given to recovering drug dependents for at least eighteen(18) months.
